"Uncomfortable and didn't meet expectations"

They messed up with our stuff when we had gone out for site seeing. They had miscommunication amongst themselves and kept all our clothes and belongings in a garbage bag in another room. Wet things like loofah and towel were kept with chargers and fresh clothes. We had to buy new clothes since we couldn't wash and dry our wet ones.

"It was good experience."

Staffs were really helpful and cooperative. Food was also really good.

Location was slightly interior. Had to take private taxi to reach.

Close to MG Market (10min walk), in a quiet street, The better Inn was an excellent stay for us in perfect location, with friendly, helpful staff that made us feel home. The room & bed were clean and comfortable.
