Position, view from windows,friendly staff fresh new bedlinen, towels ,great bar, parking ok

Bedroom a bit tired, stains on the carpet, bedside cupboards old & rickety could do with some shelves in the bathroom to hold toiletry’s

Delightful hotel, lovely central staircase to third floor room (there is a lift), which had views over the park to The Solent. Good food at breakfast and dinner. Seating area at the front, which was perfect in the sunshine. Would stay again if in the area.

All was very good.
