Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.

The tiled floor without carpet felt very cold to walk barefoot. The room has A/C but no heating. This being winter, the felt cold too.

Facilities are not bringing value for money! Their paid dinner did not include any starters. Their staff is not courteous and focusing more on hotel policy rather guest requirements and hotel policies are more focused on cost saving. My mocktail drink was very sweet, when we asked to add soda than he shown resistance and said that they need to open a new soda bottle. Such a weird response was unexpected. Breakfast- no live counters were there typically you get fresh soda or utappam etc. other buffet options were not served hot. The bedding did not look clean, pillows were uncomfortable and not with standard size. Cushions were smelly! Overall very bad experience I very frequently visit Jaipur, do not planning to stay there in future.
