Very good room: quite clean and very bright. New hotel. Lots of hot water. Pleasant staff. Very good price: 19 dollars in december 2022. Location not far from the bus station (15 minutes walk).

Still need to improve the cleanliness (put sheets without stains, remove dust well ...).

"Good Location and property, Pathetic Service"

The location is near to the downtown

Pathetic house keeping. The property is somewhat new but the house keeping spoils everything. The linen found re-used, toiletries missing, The room boy keeps on asking TIPS. Totally lawlessness condition. The room found without power supply. Had to wait till electrician repairs it. This all happened when we enter room when front desk informed room is ready.
