cleaniliness,polite staff especially Manager Sujith is very good and very helpful

Hot water,if rooms were full and everybody wants hot water at the same time they can’t

"Very poor management staff and receptionist.."

Las palmas they dont accept the price from booking.com.. Worst receptionist & failure management staff dont know how to handle guest .. They didnt accept booking.com price They ask me to leave hotel @ mid night 2 pm because i have booked in booking.com Very very bad experience with this hotel staffs.. Dont try with booking.com and suffer in hotel mid night in freezing cold

They dont accept booking.com price.. Also they dont respect guest
