Przyjemne miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt. Bardzo blisko dworca PKP, niecałe pół godziny pieszo od centrum. Miły personel. Dobre śniadanie.

Pokój przestrzenny i czysty, wygodne łóżko oraz poduszki. Duży plus za lodówkę oraz aneks kuchenny. Łazienka wygodna bo duża Bardzo pomocny oraz uprzejmy personel. Śniadania smaczne i urozmaicone

Zbyt mała dźwiękoszczelność co nie tłumiło hałasów i głosów z innych pokoi. To poniekąd nie wina personelu że inni nie respektują ciszy nocnej no ale jest to jednak uciążliwe.

Nic.

Sytuacja wyglądała następująco, zarezerwowaliśmy pobyt na jedną noc. Po dotarciu do obiektu okazało się że awaria hydrauliki w pokoju i nie mogą nam udostępnić pokoju. No ok to proszę zwrot należności. A Tu nie nie ma takiej opcji. Dopiero zgłoszenie do booking i booking zachował się jak należy. A że strony hotel 1 totalne 0! Żadnego przepraszam nic. Absolutnie nie polecam tego hotelu. Totalny Brak profesjonalizmu...
