-Very lavish home-styled hotel with full facility, the best in Skardu - excellent water heating and heating for the rooms - good complimentary high speed wifi - Have laundry service at reasonable price - Delicious food - very accommodative, we made last minute booking and the hotel owner Mr Ajmal tried his best to secure us 2 rooms at special rate - Very attentive and responsive staff… thanks to Mr Ismail who helped us a lot - no waiting time for check in, we were greeted warmly and it feels just like home - rooms looks exactly the same as in online picture

- marble floor too cold, probably can add rugs - can consider to add variety to the complimentary breakfast

The amenities provided were great, staff was friendly and helpful. as we didn't have a clear view from our room, we were upgraded and provided with a room which had a balcony.

The view. as the property was inside the city, there was no clear view.
