The location was near to Ipoh city center. Close access to North-South (PLUS) Highway.

The night I was staying, the adjacent room was so noisy. I was awaken at 12.30a.m and only got back to sleep at 1.30a.m. The next day when I inquired from the front desk, it seem the next room were playing cards.

The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. A fair amount of amenities are available like convenient stores and eateries to suit your stay. Ample parking lots available, so no need to worry about parking lots should the hotel's parking lots are occupied. The toilet/bathroom is well maintained and clean.

The room was small. Not so comfortable to move around in the room. But for a short stay, I think this is not a big problem.
