Staff very very helpful, if your receptionist is Lesia, then you are a lucky tourist in Bukovel. She is a very nice, helpful lady.

Toilet and Shower not good, not much ventilation and draining system. Tea and water are missing in the room.

"Superb"

Super nice hostess, a bit away from the main road, so it's nice and quite. Good breakfast with 4 options to choose from +coffee. Rooms were clean and very warm (we stayed in January). For extra money you can book sauna and/or jacuzzi.

Soundproofing. And to note: it's 12min from the 1st lift, but in the ski boots and with the equipment it's a long and exhausting walk.

Everything was great and I can't help but express my utmost gratitude towards the administrator for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I stepped into the establishment, I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for an unforgettable visit. The combination of a comfortable room with terrace and a tasty breakfast was also very pleasant.
