It’s always great to come back to this hotel for a quick stopover. The friendly staff, nice rooms, and prime location right next to the Chiasso train station consistently offer great value.

On the drawback side, the breakfast is the standard continental style typical for the area, though it's still a bargain and nothing to complain about.

Excellent mattress, air-conditioning (rare in Switzerland), right next to train station. My room overlooked a square where there is probably a lot of stuff going on (currently soccer public viewing).

Windows could isolate better. You can hear noisy motorbikes, etc

Das Frühstück ist nicht gut und zu arm.

Es war sehr heiss, und ich habe im Zimmer lediglich eine kleine Wasserflasche vorgefunden. Jede zusätzliche Flasche wurde im Restaurant mit CHF 7.50 verrechnet, was für einen Hotelgast – insbesondere bei solchen Temperaturen von 40 °C – absurd und unverständlich ist.
