Tidak menginap pun. Bila ke hotel, staf kaunter cakap mereka sudah tidak terima tempahan dari apps. Mereka hanya terima walk in saja. Refund tidak dapat. Call cs booking.com tidak dapat. Asyik2 minta masukkan booking nombor. Tersekat di situ saja. Bila cancel dari apps dan request free cancelation, pihak hotel declined

The property asked me to cancel the order as they mention only accept for walk in only. But the agent still promoting their place. I don’t know who is responsible for this. Cancelling the booking is another extra effort we need to do. Need to call the agent, waiting for confirmation, it took me almost 25 minutes for only cancelling it. Then i need to search and rebook another hotel. So time consuming.

Request by Agoda...but during arrive can use the app price...sangat mengecewahkan the owner saya dia da report polis pasal tak join Oyo price.and say klu mo ok klu tak mo boleh pergi hotel saya akan ada yg stay very rude...I sampai hotel nite time suda inform hotel..but hotel no response my email...lagi dia ckp tak terima email saya ..sangat disappointed
