Nice room with balcony view to the pool

Honestly this is not the first we stay in LeDian Hotel and we love to stay there. However on the last stay, we are not able to get to the room for unknown reason. We wait for more than 1 hour coz the room is not ready. In fact we arrive at the hotel at 3.00 PM and we should get the room right away. But after all those drama, the staff given a chance to us to stay a bit longer and can be checkout on 14.00 PM instead 12.00PM in the following day. Fair enough.

The room was not so clean, especially the toilet. Also the room has not enough sockets (only 1)
