Дуже привітний персонал, все підкажуть і допоможуть. Номери чистенькі, комфортні, все є і нічого зайвого. Окремо хотілось би відзначити кухню, здається, найсмачніші страви у всьому Буковелі, просто неймовірно, не могли перестати їсти ))

Комфортні номери, чисто та затишно. Сніданок дуже смачний, дякую персоналові. Басейн дійсно теплий, рекомендую.

Подушка, хочеться щоб була ортопедична.

Смачна кухня, ввічливий персонал

У вас немає війни??? Ви не Українці???? Коли на сніданку , я відкладала прибори очікуючи хвилину мовчання, ніхто з персоналу не зупинився на ту хвилину, музика лунала весь час! Це огидно!!!!

Приємний персонал. Були з дітьми, одна - 8 місяців,то було супер комфортно. В номерах чисто і тепло. Їжа смачна, сніданки включено. Виїжджали раніше сніданку,то нам дбайливо запакували в дорогу з собою. Відкритий теплий басейн - це просто максимальний релакс після дня на лижах
