"Never felt like a 5 star hotel anyway."

Location was good.

We wanted to work out at the fitness but it wasn’t free, but when we wanted to pay it it was so expensive l. Idk what kind of hotel let the guests pay the fitness center. Also the badmington room wasn’t free. Swimming pool was free but it kinda looked nasty. Hotel hallway carpets were all super stained and dirty. Idk what kind of 5 star hotel is like that. They also charged 2 different deposit. One before we even come, even though it said pay at the property. We also got charged another deposit.

The spa don't work Breakfast was very low Room was very from lift The workers of the hotel don't speak English.

Got to the hotel and reservation was not found. Then I was told that the room was partly paid for and I needed to pay for the service fees.
