Not a lot sadly!

Not clean. Water dribbled out of shower so didn’t use it. Blankets were dirty. Sheets iffy! Asked for clean pillow cases.

Although the staff didn’t speak any English, they did their best to help out.

Issues with running water in the room. Several hours without any water. Staff said ‘it was normal’

Too much bad property in bathroom cannot water. The door lock cannot lock. The fan cannot slow full speed. The AC remote cannot working you want get up your bed slow down AC, then come back very very, very bad. I waste my money here. After use toilet u khnow toilet 🚽 have can not water 😡😡😡

Food is okay, but the food survive plate one box. She offered me also sugar and sugar with mosquitoes, mosquito, and the Achar box also not good.clien like 1 year ago stafe also smoking 🚬 in galry stars also clean like one yaers ago room telephone also not working if you want something you want come down 3rd floor to ground floor then you say your problem or what you want 😡😡😡

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Ambassador Inn in Gwalior. Below are the specific issues I faced during my teams stay: 1. Breakfast Not Available: Despite expectations, no breakfast was provided, which was inconvenient. 2. Hot Water Issue: The restroom lacked hot water, making it uncomfortable for use. 3. No Daily Water Supply: Drinking water was not replenished daily, which is a basic necessity. 4. Poor Room Cleaning: The rooms were not cleaned daily, leading to an unhygienic environment. 5. Unresponsive Staff: The staff failed to respond properly to requests or complaints, reflecting poor customer service. 6. Non-Functional Facilities: Key facilities such as the AC, TV, fan, and electrical switches were not working, which significantly hampered the comfort of the stay. 7. Cleanliness Concerns: The overall cleanliness of the hotel was unsatisfactory. 8. High Cost for Poor Value: Considering the state of the hotel, the charges were excessively high and not worth the value provided. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. The management needs to address these issues urgently to improve the guest experience
