Hygienic rooms and safe locality, Friendly staff, Breakfast was surprisingly tasty.

Good spacious rooms with Hot water & AC facility. Wifi was an added benefit in the price range. Staff was good at the hotel and rooms were clean.

Well appointed rooms and great staff. Good Facilities at the hotel, Nice breakfast given in the morning.

Owner Behaviour was very good. There is a huge improvement in breakfast now comparatively from the last visit. They do take feedbacks positively! AC is super chilly

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days between 21 to 24 Oct 2023 with our daughter & let me tell you - This is the worst possible hotel you could stay in. The location is in a dilapidated and dingy/ shady area with construction work ongoing at the hotel. The staff at the reception are rude, hostile & not helpful at all. Rest assured that all your requests/room services will be duly forgotten and never attended to. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and am writing this review to warn others in hope that they do not get fooled by the other fake google reviews or the hotel name 🙏. I've given a detailed list of pros n cons for you to review and evaluate, if you would still like to consider this hotel - Pros: - Rooms are decently sized. - Bedding is comfortable (not springy, not hard) - Could possibly consider if you just want a quick place to freshen up but they charge you a bomb for this so it's not worth it anyways. Cons: - You need to pay the entire amount at the time of check-in, irrespective of whether you stay for the whole period or not & even after you've paid the advance online (FabHotel rules) - Rooms are not cleaned/maintained (dust on the floor, dirt in the mats, bed linen have smudges and marks) - Bathrooms are tiny and not clean either. Shower doesn't work so you are stuck with the dirty bucket. - Rooms are accessible only via stairs so it is not suitable for elderly or people with knee problems (No lift available) - Poor location - There are no good restaurants or general shops in the vicinity (walking distance). Not many sober people during the day but you will surely find a handful of drunk people at night. - Hotel reception staff (Shilpi) is unwelcoming and very rude. In general, all your calls for housekeeping or general service will be 'Royally' ignored. The owner is helpful and nice but that didn't help us much.

I have booked for 21-22 october 2023 Again I have booked for 20-21 october but why the rate is different. The standard of breakfast is very very poor and the quantity is very little.

The room and bedsheet even the washrooms was not clean.. no handwash given by the hotel
