The location

This property felt more like an apartment than a hotel. Upon arrival, no one was at reception, and we had to wait several minutes before someone appeared. The listing falsely advertises a restaurant and breakfast service, neither of which were available. The “apartment” needs to update their description to reflect the actual amenities. The bed sheets had stains on them. This place needs to be a two star not three. Interestingly, the cleaning staff offered better customer service than the front desk.

The staff were extremely helpful with helping us book different things and giving us food recommendations. Even when they were fully booked they managed to sort us some place comfortable to rest while we waited for our room. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and good shower.

Great location not near the main road, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great value and spacious room

The spring mattress was sliding on the bed frame, the sheets weren't perfectly clean, and the shower hose was little damaged but worked. The smart tv wasn't smart enough so couldn't cast from my phone, and it had only VN channels. These were the only nitpicks I had

This area isn’t really for international tourists, but it was fun and friendly. Lam at reception helped out with transport and a boat trip to Halong Bay. The Hotel was immaculate, bathrooms were good and beds really comfy.
