I would give more stars if I could. Our room was quite cute and very cozy. Also it was really clean. Our host was the best! We booked last minute during boarding our flight to Haiphong and when we got off the plane an hour later our driver was already waiting. He also managed to get us a cruise to Halong Bay last minute and was arranging all our other transfers. I highly recommend to stay here!

the hotel is new and modern. Viet and Duan were really friendly and hospitable. We got to the hotel after the long bus from sapa and they tried to let us check in 2 hours earlier. Book the boat trip with them and it also great

There was no water bottle in the room but Duan quickly gave us plenty

We had a lovely stay at Paddy hotel. Nghĩa, the host, was very helpful and friendly. He will help you with the tours, taxis, and gets better deals that the ones you find on the internet. Clean restaurants nearby Calm area (no noise or honking)
