Samatha Hotel Bai Chay, Ha Long

The room was very clean, everything looked new and decorated with love. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too.

Staff were lovely, room very clean, fresh towels & water.

Location was abit of reach from everything, but it is out of season

Clean and quiet hotel with nice beds and a great bathroom. Was in a quiet area, with easy access to the beach. The host was very friendly and helpful.

We loved absolutely EVERYTHING about our stay in this hotel! The landlady was wonderful, always helped us, and was very welcoming. We loved classic, japanise style. Rooms were very clean and had everything we could ask for. During our stay in the hotel, we had many options available, such as: ordering a breakfast and having the room cleaned. The hotel also had options to book a trip to Hạ Long and renting a limusine to take us back to Hanoi, and the prices were really good (definitely cheaper than booking attractions through the internet). Overall, we were very satisfied with our time there and are looking forward to staying there when we are back in Hạ Long.

The room was very clean, which made it very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was also good, close to harbour (20 minutes by car). Overall, a great stay.
