Nice balcony, nice rooms, big and comfortable. Good bed and general nice area to live in.

Sounds like the neighbor throwing a ball into the wall 24/7. Don't know where the sound came from and it made it hard to sleep. They have provided earplugs but having earplugs all the time when the room is expensive don't feel right. But in general a very nice place.
