Worst experience I’ve ever had in Germany. I was on a business trip and had an extremely busy day—several hours on the train followed by back-to-back meetings—only to return to the hotel and find out I couldn’t check in because I arrived 15 minutes after 22:00. It’s called a hotel, not a curfew! The communication from the hotel was terrible. Why would they send a long message in German (what about international guests?!) and mention the key detail—that check-in after 22:00 isn’t possible—right at the end? Unsurprisingly, I wasn’t alone. Two other international guests were also standing hopelessly with me in the lobby, desperately trying to reach hotel staff by phone. Of course (surprise!), no one was answering. It was a 100% disappointment and an absolute no-go for me. There was even a German guest with us who tried to help us check in. She shared her own experience: she had to pay for another hotel (170€ per night!) because the check-in process didn’t work, and she was left alone on the street on her first night in Hamburg. Ridiculous! Eventually, I had to find another place to sleep, but that should never be the case. I requested a refund but, of course, was ignored. Next time, I’ll definitely choose a more reliable hotel for the 120€ per night I paid. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM BOOKING A ROOM IN THIS HOTEL!

nothing there were tiny small creatures running on the floor coming from door and gutter pipe and when i told he set the towel but i saw outside there were towels set. The reciepionist was in denial mode and was not accepting that his rooms have mouses coming from no idea where. In the night when i called him he said he cant do anything just return the money and i should find the new room myself he doesnot have any alternate. I had to take train pay myself and pay for the new room i found near hbf. It was a nightmare. I do not recommend anyone this haunted place.

Nothing. We were not able to check in. This was only possible till 22:00. We arrived 22:12 and our reservation was cancelled. There was no staff available. Earlier that day we also arrived (early afternoon) but weren’t able to check in either. From other guests we heard that they only had a mattress on the ground. It’s not possible to contact anyone. We didn’t got any reply to our emails. We were forced to take the night bus back home because there was no hotel room available anymore. There was a big festival in Hamburg that day. The bus departed at 02:00 at night.

We were not able to check in, there was no service, nobody to talk to, they didn’t pick up the phone, photos didn’t match the accommodation. Other guests were complaining they only had a mattress on the ground. We had to take the night bus home which departed at 02:00 at night. We had a horrible night. Never again.

Grausames sehr sehr unsauberes Hotel mitten im Drogenviertel und ohne Service. Eklig verdreckte Betten mit Kotspuren. Zum Automaten Checkin braucht man einen Code, der aber nicht in der Erkläremail enthalten war. Wählt man die Telefonnummer am Checkin Automaten geht keiner ran.
