Three days before you arrive, you will automatically receive a message with important booking information and the option to pre-check in. You will receive your check-in code via email on the morning of your arrival. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Early check-ins are only possible upon request, subject to availability, and for an additional fee. Late check-outs are not possible. Unfortunately, luggage cannot be stored on-site. A deposit may be required at the property.

Perfekte Lage für unseren Aufenthalt, Parkmöglichkeiten mit gutem Preis, super nettes Personal, einfacher Check in und Check out

Matratzen sind eher auf der sehr weichen Seite. Selbst CheckIn ist für kleinere Personen / Personen im Rollstuhl schwer zu erreichen da er sehr weit oben ist.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Gutes ruhiges, sauberes Haus mit freundlichem Personal.

Die hinterlegte Schlüsselwörter funktionierte nicht. Es war auch nur eine und es war auch kein Personal mehr vor Ort. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter des Kooperationshotels brachte dann eine funktionierende Zugangskarte vorbei.

Super beliggenhed, i gå afstand, til det meste i Hamburg. Et stille og roligt hotel, med fokus på at det er et overnatningssted.

Brusekabinen er meget lille, men det er ikke noget som ødelægger noget.
