The room was clean

I didn't get the room I booked. There weren't any in room amenities such as room safe, tea and coffee, fridge, drinking water etc. There was no elevator and my room was located on an upper level with no luggage porter services.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage des Hotels, riesiger Fitness- und Sportbereich, den wir leider aufgrund des Zeitmangels nicht nutzen konnten. Zimmer sauber und komfortabel, Frühstück frisch und ausreichend und das Personal war nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die ruhige Lage. Restaurant im Hotel. Freundliches Personal.
