Hotel Verticalplus

Dirty beyond imagination, I can't understand how you run a hotel without decent cleaning staff. My 8 month old was picking up all sorts of dirt off the floor.

Overall, it was a pleasant place with nice staff. I didn't like the first room because of strong tobacco smell, so they gave me another one. It was quiet inside and I slept well.

The breakfast was very poor. I don't like the situation when you have to pay extra even for a simple tea. Also, the whole building was overheated. It was so hot in the room that I had to turn the A/C for the night, even though it was just 5°C outside.

It’s a completely renovated hotel. The room was cozy and modern. Everything worked well.

The location is in the industrial area of the city. There were many stray dogs around the hotel.

Very clean, nice facilities Super friendly and helpful at reception particularly Valerie who spoke excellent English and really went out of her way to make us feel welcome
