New building, pretty clean, easy check in/out process. You can pay through booking.com in advance (for Bulgaria it's not always available option). Free parking place.

There was a smell of cigarettes everywhere in the hotel, internet didn't work in the room. Located in industrial area, 30 min walk from the city center. Breakfast is normal but rather small.

"Highly recommended forr a good night's stay in you're in transit through Haskovo."

Clean airy rooms, easy check-in, good breakfast.

There was a party going on in the restaurant on the ground floor, but our rooms were on an upper floor so we only heard the bass. Insufficient parking in front of the hotel.

The hotel looks pretty new. Very friendly staff. He had a very tasty evening meal at the hotel restaurant.

There is nothing I can say bad about the hotel or the staff.
