Hotel located nearby to shopping facilities such a lee garden & Kim Yong market.

The staff was so friendly but there have some issue with hotel room door lock during stay there. The card for door lock no working properly for that day, I need to go down to change a card several times for two day, quite trouble. Hotel management need to take some precautions on door system. One more things room with balcony is not as my expectation, balcony so small then a pigeon also there, a balcony floor full with bird dropping.

the hotel was so clean and quiet. the staffs was nice and helpful.

i already arrive at 2pm but 2 rooms was not ready at that time. me and family had to wait almost 1 hour to check in the room. and the door lock in 1 of the room was broken and cannot lock from inside, its very dangerous to sleep in. but the fix was made in 10-20 minutes i guess? its okay as long the broken can fix asap.
