Very cleaand good property

We stayed at HOP INN Downtown Hatyai Hotel and overall had a good experience. The rooms are quite small (all are the same size), but when we traveled with an extra adult/older child (10+), the hotel was able to provide an extra mattress for an additional charge. There’s a coffee machine and hot water available in the lobby until around 11 pm, which was convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly—they even helped us call a tuk-tuk when we needed one.

Facilities are quite basic. There’s no hair dryer in the room, but we could borrow an iron from the counter when needed. It’s a simple, budget-friendly stay—good for short trips if you don’t mind compact rooms and basic amenities.

Quite strategic location, not too far from main tourist locations ie Lee Garden, Odeon etc

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share some feedback regarding the night duty guard and car park area. There are two parking lots allocated for handicapped guests. During my previous stay, the guard on duty was very attentive and ensured these spaces were reserved by placing cones, preventing non-handicapped guests from occupying them. This thoughtful practice was very much appreciated. However, during my recent stay, I noticed that the current night duty guard did not take similar action and instead remained seated by the side of the building. As a result, the handicapped parking spaces were not properly monitored. I believe maintaining this practice would reflect positively on your hotel’s service standards and accessibility commitment, while also ensuring that the reserved lots serve the guests who genuinely need them.
