Green Hisar Hotel Family

The staff was amazing, very friendly and really respected the fact that we were with a three months old baby. The food in the restaurant was more than delicious.

The rooms are a little bit unmaintained.

- Sheets were small for the bed. The mattress protector was visible and quite dirty. Not very pleasant experience. - The breakfast was basic at best

The staff was nice. The breakfast was nice.

There was no hot water at 7.00pm both of the evenings. I needed to shower after SPA with cold water. When asked for a face tower for the kid they said they won't give because they don't have. The pool was written to be open at the time of our stay but it wasn't. The man on reception is the man in the restaurant and may be 2 or 3 other positions. We tried to get towels for the SPA but there was noone to be asked on reception. For 3 days , 2 adults and one kid we were given only 2 small shampoo and 2 small soaps. The room wasn't cleaned or any additional shower supplies given.

The staff was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We did not have time to check out the Wellness Zone (sauna, inside pool), but we took advantage of the outside pool - water was clean, not cold, and the pool open till 19.30h. The room was quite big and the bathroom was spotless. We forgot a small bag in the room and the hotel called us immediately to let us know, so we could go back to collect it.

A little bit more variety at breakfast might be nice.
