Tourist Hotel Hitachi

Very spacious, very clean, nice staff

Everything was good except the beds felt like someone had put a sheet on a concrete slab. Both nights I woke up with a sore back even after I slept on top of the duvet instead of under it, My son slept on the couch. Beds are really awful and it was a shame because everything else was good. Also you are asked to hand if your key if you leave the hotel and collect it again when you came back, never had to do this before and not sure if it just applied to us but we are pretty responsible with room keys. It was just odd. we were given only one towel each. I usually use 2 as I have long thick hair so had to use the bathmat

Breakfast is fine. Not the fanciest, but satisfying. The location was good too. The best part is the staff. They were all very helpful, attending right there, quick response and very courteous.

It's good as the say it is. nothing much to improve.

Practical, easy access, clean

bed is not comfortable, breakfast is mediocre, but better than nothing.
