The check-in experience was very good thanks to the receptionist, who was exceptionally helpful, kind, and polite. She was the only member of staff who spoke English, and she went out of her way to help us arrange room service when the restaurant was fully booked. The food was delicious. The location is also convenient, as the bus stop from the train station is right next to the hotel. The Wi-Fi was strong and fast as well, however, only in the limited zones of the hotel.

The bed was quite small, and although the room had two twin beds, only one of them was properly prepared, as the second bed was missing a pillow. The shower cabin was also extremely small, even for a person of average build. In addition, the Wi-Fi in the room was very weak and unreliable, which made it practically unusable. The service in the morning was disappointing. Unlike the receptionist at check-in, the staff member on duty was speaking on the phone using loudspeaker when I approached him to ask where breakfast was being served. He did not acknowledge me verbally and only gestured for me to wait. After finishing his call about five minutes later, he simply said “yes” rather than greeting me or apologizing for the wait, which came across as cold and unfriendly. The breakfast itself was also quite basic, with limited choice.
