Great location to reach the slopes (5 minutes free shuttle to the Mosbahn chairlift), cleaness of the hôtel, facilities(ski local, ski shoes heaters, sauna, hammam, fitness room, ping-pong, kicker), large rooms (with terrasse and view for our room), covered parking. Also to notice the friendliness of the staff and the quality (and quantity) of the food (breakfast and half board)

All was perfect

Excellent food, exceeded expectations in every way. It’s also a beautiful location with a great view. Comfortable spacious room and bathroom. Kind and sweet waitress who did her best with the language barrier and took care of us well throughout.

No walking trails nearby though the bus stops outside which makes up for it. Allow a lot of time for checkout as the hotel staff member responsible for this thinks it’s ok to have a temper tantrum outside and refuse to come in while guests are waiting at the counter for 15 minutes. Finally after repeated requests to him (by three other staff), another person checked us out. It was a weird moment in an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Delicious food, large choice of food. Veeery big and tasty Donner. Skibus 5m from the hotel, greate conditions in sauna. The owner was very nice and helpful.

Excellent personnel, very friendly and helpful, Fantastic location, ski bus stop in front of the main entrance. Distance to the Moselbahn is very short, no need to go to the valley. Good breakfast, nice dinner.

Wellnes area would deserve some renovation but still OK after skiing..

Very tasty and plentiful breakfast. Same quality dinner. Good wellness. Comfortable beds. Spacious room and bathroom.
