We call the hotel before we book to ask about the car park 2 hours before book and arrive., hotel say yes but when we arrive , hotel doesnt have car park we have to park at the roadside which make me very unhappy with the service . We were told the room will be at 3rd floor which we expect that we are at the same floor as we travelling with grandpa but not. Staff never listen to what I said she just reply that it was the owner not her that gave us all info, She blame the owner instead of explaining and listen to us or apologize Blanket is too thin with brown old style duvet I dont expect the service as 5 stars from hotel cost 600/night but the information you provide to the customer should be more clear.

5 minutes walk from train station. Big room king sized bed spacious shower. Pool table. Best price for hua hin they could charge nearly double
