Fireworks until very late, disrupting sleep. The way the animals were treated, but the hotel manager says they are working to improve this. Beach a little dirty.

During my 9 years living in China, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had with my family. We chose this hotel because it was advertised as a 4-star property and had good reviews. We also heard that Huizhou was a nice place to visit, so we were looking forward to a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. We arrived around 9:30 pm, and there were no restaurants open where we could have dinner, and only for a few Chinese options inside the large hotel. This was very inconvenient, especially when traveling with family. The room itself was acceptable but far from what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. It felt very basic, lacking the small touches that make a stay special such as high-quality towels, a welcome fruit basket, or even simple treats like chocolates or cookies. Compared to hotels like InterContinental, Sheraton, Meliá, or Cordis, the difference in quality and attention to detail was very noticeable. The service experience was also disappointing. At lunch, we were told our food would take 40 minutes, but it took 70 minutes, and one dish was missing. We then had to wait an additional 20 minutes for it to be prepared. Although, after complaining, we were told the meal would not be charged, this was not about the money—it was about the wasted time, poor organization, and overall frustrating experience. I would like to mention that Mia at the front desk was kind and tried to help, even sharing her WeChat contact. However, one person alone cannot resolve the larger issues in service and management. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.

The receptionist, Miss Mia, provided excellent service. The Tan Yue Howard Johnson Hotel is well-equipped and has a wonderful view. The staff's service attitude is particularly good.

进到酒店大堂很敞亮，房间海景不错，设施设备齐全，有泳池和温泉，还有动物园。

娱乐设施齐全，萌宠乐园有兔子，梅花鹿，小绵羊，小朋友可以喂养，玩的很开心，还有温泉可以泡，挺舒适的，房间海景也很漂亮，早上还可以看到日出，泳池拍照也好看。
