A estrutura da acomodação é elegante, confortável, bem ventilado, próximo a praia, basta atravessar a via, fica bem localizado, entre Olivença, praia do Batuba, Balneário Tororomba, como também parque aquático estancia das águas, praia do cururupe, milionários. O café da manhã não deixa a desejar também, muitas opções, bolo, frituras, pão, frutas, raízes, restaurante localizado na pousada, com comida apetitosa e com preço em conta, peguei a acomodação econômica, quarto, ventilador banheiro arejado e cama confortável.

A televisão do quarto deixou a desejar, poderia ser uma mais moderna e faltou uma lanchonete que inclusive possui na pousada mas está desativada, vendendo dentro da pousada apenas bebidas.
