Localização central o que facilita os deslocamentos!

Solicitei um quarto de frente para a praça, todavia náo fui atendido. De outro lado não sabia que o hotel não tinha elevadores o que dificulta acesso para nós idosos !

O serviço do café da manhã demora muito para repor frutas, suco e yogurte. Não ter elevador essa vez não me prejudicou. Mas em outras oportunidades pode ser um problema.

Cama confortável, tamanho do quarto bom, pessoal bem educado e agradável, localização, café da manhã OK, quarto silencioso e bem localizado como pedi. Um monte de coisa boa

A TV: TODOS os dias, quando eu chegava não consegui ligar. Há uma caixa literalmente pendurada, o pessoal da limpeza faz o seu trabalho e nessa limpeza, fica um mau contato. E para ligar....São dois controles complicadíssimos. Um dos atendentes que foi tentar me ajudar também não sabia. Uma sugestão para melhorar ainda mais o hotel: um cesto de lixo para recicláveis no quarto, para não misturar com orgânico (papel higiênico usado).
