The pictures and information about this hotel are misleading. They advertise a pool, but it is not pleasant at all. The gym equipment is broken, wrecked, and unusable. The so-called rooftop is absurd — just a few tables and chairs crammed into the same space as the machines. The staff was terrible. Our room card did not work, and we had to request help five times in a row. Each time, we were told it would be fixed, but it never was — even after switching rooms. On checkout day, we had an early departure at 5:00 AM. Despite informing them the night before and being assured someone would be available, we were left waiting 20 minutes before anyone showed up. Breakfast was awful. Very limited options, and no clear information. Nobody explains that you need to request eggs or coffee from a separate place — nothing is communicated. The room was poorly cleaned, the view was dreadful, and even on the second floor we could hear all the noise from reception. If you can, avoid this hotel.

Kuncinya ga bisa dua, dan kalau nambah bayarnya kurang worth it, Ngga ada kulkas dikamar Makanannya monoton Dan kurang refill, jadi kalau habis ya habis. Iklannya kurang sesuai, Karena ternyata tempatnya masuk ke dalam.

Beddengoed is het enige dat aan vervanging toe is. Balkon heeft niet veel toegevoegde waarde.

El alojamiento no estaba limpio y un poco descuidado. La ubicación es buena si quieres ver Yakarta y el precio también. Pero si solo vas a hacer noche, como nosotros, conviene más coger algo al lado del aeropuerto o dentro de él. Aun así, es un sitio en el que puedes dormir bien para una noche.

Clean and quiet hotel Good for two days in jakarta

I recently stayed at Ra Inn Kemang and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room I had was very spacious and cozy—definitely a great value for the price. I was particularly impressed by how helpful the staff was, especially Dwiky, who assisted me in booking an extra night at a competitive rate. A big thank you to him! As for the location, it was decent, with several shops just a 5-7 minute walk away, making it convenient for any essentials. In summary, Ra Inn Kemang is a solid choice if you’re looking for a spacious room and friendly service at a good price.

One minor downside was the deposit charged for an additional room key, which felt a bit unnecessary but was manageable. Additionally, while the rooms were comfortable, they weren’t entirely noise-proof; I could hear noise from nearby rooms, likely because I was situated near the pool. Breakfast was adequate, although the options were somewhat limited. They did offer some egg dishes, which was a nice touch.
