"PARADISE ON EARTH"

Once you go inside the hotel you have entered paradise. Nowadays it is easy to find very nice hotels that belong to luxury chains but finding a 100% professional service is very difficult, however in this hotel you will find excellence in service, the old school in hospitality where customer service is totally personalized. I do really enjoy my stay here.

If I have to criticize something it would be that I contacted the hotel before my stay to hire some services and it took days to respond and in my case I had to call to confirm these services because I didn’t get any confirmation on time but once I arrived at the hotel everything was perfect.

This is by far the best hotel we stayed in Rajasthan. Service is phenomenal, the Palace is stunning in its architecture and outstanding design. All together an AMAZING stay.

Anyone of our best stays ever. Simply woww. Not just the palace , it’s incredible architecture and majesty but the absolutely wonderful staff and their service which went above service and was more about welcoming with love and charity. Right from Chain Singh ji at the entrance to Chetan who helped us a click the best best pics, Sangram, Siddiqui ji who served us at the restaurant to Shobit the chef who whipped the most delectable fares, Harshvardhan /Sikandar who gave us the tours of the palace , they gave us an incredible experience. The staff their energy and hospitality takes the amazing Ummaid Bhavan experience to a whole new level. The property is spectacular and so well maintained.
