Stunning property! Beautifully decorated and lovely gardens. We had a fabulous view from our room . I truly felt that we were living in a palace. Food was amazing in the restaurant. And if there was one thing that was better than the property was the service of the employees. They treated each guest like royalty, learned our names. Went above and beyond my expectations! The hotel gave me some local snacks to take to my mother on a complementary basis. And a lovely gift for myself and an extra one for my daughter when I said that my gift was lovely and that my daughter would probably take it from me!!!

Every single aspect but especially the service, food and rooms. A special shout out for Maneesha (front desk), Khan Chand (Housekeeping) and Karan Aman (Restaurant) who went out of their way to make our stay special. This one is right out there now on top of our best destination list!

There is nothing not to like.

"Extraordinary, Fabulous, Marvelous"

Me, my wife & our children came to celebrate my birthday at this marvelous structure and we are really glad we chose Umaid Palace for it. The hospitality by the staff made our stay even more extraordinarily better. Special thanks to Madam SHWETA who gave us the best service possible and fulfilled our every request within the blink of an eye. The staff at the Risala & the Pillars made our lunch, dinner & breakfast extra extra special. For this I give a special thanks to Mr SADDIQUE who was a pleasure to talk to and is such a pleasant personality. And cheers to the amazing chef Mr SHOBIT MATHUR who prepared for us one of the best meals we ever had. The whole staff including SAKSHI, AMAN, HARSIT, ALKA and NERENDE ji served and presented us with great enthusiasm and extraordinary service. I am really glad I visited Umaid Palace and am already suggesting and planning trip for my family and friends to visit this amazing place. Again a thanks to the amazing staff.
