Hotel Centre Point

Location is good. The rooms are big and clean. Good breakfast.

The check in procedure is too long, people doubt themselves

Pros: - Location - its very near to Railway station and 10 min walking for Ghanta ghar (Sadar market) Also easy to get transportation like Auto opposite of hotel and Inox + MacD is just beside the hotel - Rooms - I stayed in "Superior Triple Room" and room were clean, much bigger in size, have 2 sofa's, bed side tables etc, it was on spot in amenities - Staffs - Staffs are friendly and Mr Tarun and his colleague helped me lot be it booking a day trip in Jodhpur or guiding us for local bazar location for shopping or having the best Rajasthani food in restuarant - Food - Food ordered in hotel are hygienic and tasty (not much spicy) Breakfast included have 5 options from menu including Tea / Coffee / Milk as beverages which is quite good

Cons: I shouldn't say i didn't like but it's more what could be better Lift - Having a lift in the hotel specially while travelling with elders i got room in first floor (thanks to Mr Tarun), stairs are fine

The staff were accommodating with moving us from our original room to one with a new AC unit as the first room felt like the AC didn’t do much. Location was a 10 min walk to the Clock Tower and about a 30 min walk from the Mehrangarh Fort.

The hotel is located off a busy main road so ear plugs are definitely needed. Mattresses were the firmest we experienced in our month in India. Breakfast was disappointing as the cornflake cereals tasted stale and were served with hot milk, even after asking for cold milk the waiter just returned with the same glasses. Room service in the evening was also disappointing as they served cold rice. On mentioning this at reception they then offered a paratha which originally seemed to be in compensation but I then got charged for it the next day at checkout. Also the staff slept on the floor near our room at night which made us as three women feel a little uncomfortable. Overall, one might suggest Westerners could be more comfortable choosing a different hotel to this one, we wouldn’t stay again.

I forgot breakfast was included and only woke up when my car arrived to take me to Jaisalmer :-( Hotel was older style but in a very good yet quiet location. Only a few minutes from main market and Jodhpur Junction Railway Station.

The staff was very helpful, the property is a bit old but it is maintained well. Clean and spacious rooms, the breakfast was really nice. Other food options were also affordable and with good taste, overall really nice experience

Some facilities like guyser and AC were not working properly.
