The Spot Residence

Arrived on the day and after checking in and taking luggage, the receptionist immediately rejected our enter because one of the things we brought was not allowed "sound system considered". I explained that this is not a sound system, it's just a speaker. Also this is not the first time we bring and checked before with receptionists. We've been staying in this hotel for the past 3 years. Now all of the sudden, being rejected and canceled the booking we booked before 2 weeks. I asked to speak to the manager and hae said "I'm the manager". I instited to speak to someone from the office, and then he brought someone claimed to be a manager but in reality someone from outside like a security to kick us out. They were so rude and disrespectful, they have zero sympathy and lack of de-escalation skills. I will never ever book at their place again.
