Vaikka varasin Booking kautta niin tiesin ettei peruutus ole mahdollinen. Yritin tätä tehdä suoraan hotelliin josta sain epävarmoja vastauksia. Viimeinen oli joku isompi joka sanoi että maksua ei palauteta. Monissa Suomessa(mailmalla) toimivista ketjuista on eritääin asiakaspalveluun suuntautuvia, Hotelli Kajaani ei ollut tätä, vaikka ilmoittamamme varausperustus oli et lemikkimme joutuu leikkaukseen. Niin edes puolimaksua heille ei käynyt, jonka olin valmiina makisamaan.

Edullinen, siisti ja erittäin tilava huone saunalla varustettuna. Vuoteet erinomaiset. Aamupalalla rauhallista ja ruoka hyvää. Ystävällinen ja erittäin huomaavainen henkilökunta.

Hieman vanhahko sisustus, takaterassi kaipaisi siistimistä.

Olimme varauksen yhteydessä pyytäneet 1 vuotiaalle matkasänkyä, sitä ei kuitenkaan löytynyt majoituspaikasta.
