The Baron Hotel - Karbala

It’s a well managed property with all the required facilities. It had a shuttle service to the harem every 30 mins which was excellent. Breakfast was good. Food at Sarah restaurant was also good. Overall good experience

The staff was a but laid back. We booked 2 junior suites and requested them to keep them close to each other but they could not arrange even when we were ok to down grade one room at the same cost !

Very professional and courteous staff, excellent food and overall services.

Everything was great.

Every 30 minutes bus to shrine I think it will be better if they make it every 15 minutes.

تم حجز عن طريق تطبيقكم وتم تثبيت الحجز للبالغين وطفل وعند وصول طلب ممني مبلغ اضافي دون وجه حق هل خطا منكم ام من فندق اما الفطور كانت محزنه ومخجله عدم ترتيب وعدم وجود كافه الاصناف وعدم قدره الفندق على استيعاب زوار كثر واضافه توقف احد مصاعد اما الاتصال بالفندق غير متاح / موظف الذي يرد لايحمل اي اسلوب للتعامل / واستعلامات فندق لا تصلح انت تكون استعلامات افتراضيه الكادر بحاجه الى تدريب عالي او استبدال
