A deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. Hotel Gołebiewski Karpacz will contact you with instructions after booking. Children under 4 years of age, and for longer stays of at least 7 nights up to 7 years of age can be accommodated in the parents' room free of charge. Children from 4 to 14 years old, and for stays of a minimum of 7 nights from 7 to 14 years old (payable in the parents' room according to the current price list, price per child per night). The property can accommodate a maximum of two children in a room with parents. In the room, guests will find two separate beds and a double folding sofa. Due to the change in tax regulations, the tax number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. Hotel jest na wysokim poziomie, mega mi się podobał, wróce do niego napewno, baseny cudowne👍👍

Mam 2 rzeczy które zdziwiły mnie bardzo, hotel o wysokim standardzie, a szlafroki trzeba kupić dodatkowo za 10zł i do tego są tylko dostępne do rozmiaru xl ( dyskryminacja osób puszystych), i bardzo rażące jest to że przy hotelu nie ma darmowego parkingu, to jest źle odebrane

Wellness bylo super, hlavně vířivky.Vecere i snídaně výborné,vybere si každý.

Nelíbilo se mi , že booking uvádí otevírací dobu vnitřního bazénu od 9do21,ale skutečnost je od 11-21h,kdybychom měli tuto informaci,jeli bychom jinam.Chodime rádi do bazénu ráno.Nelibila se nám taková drobnost, župany nejsou součástí vybavení pokoje.Ve 4*hotelu to bývá běžné.

Velmi dobře funguje organizace služeb. nečeká se, vše je logicky uspořádané. Všude je, i přes velký počet hostů, dostatek prostoru. Na recepci byli výborní pracovníci, vše vysvětlili a pomohli. Snídaně i večeře byly naprosto skvělé. Obrovský výběr všeho. Nádherné překvapení na pokoji v podobě květiny a sladkostí byla už jen třešinka na pobytu.

U večeří nám chyběly nápoje. Nebylo pivo, víno. Skleničky na pití absolutně maličké, automatů málo. Neměli jsme připravené postele u sebe. V půjčovně županů byly velmi nepříjemné dámy, spousta hostů zde byla poprvé a nevěděli si rady a tyto dámy se vůbec nezajímaly.
