Estaba sucio, moho en la cortina y azulejos del baño, arañas en el cuarto de baño, todo viejo y mal cuidado...

Приветливая девушка на ресепшен. Кроме нас в гостинице почти и не было никого.

Унитаз не мыт, полы в номере тоже. И я не уверена что постельное белье было чистым.

Beds were relatively comfortable. Locality is fine if you plan going into the mountains.

When we arrived they told us they can't see our booking reservation in their system. So they offered us another room. Twice as expensive as the booked one. As an apology we've been given free breakfast. But that was included in our original booking. So good intention but not very helpful. When we finally agreed to a new price, we've been taken to our room. Just at that moment the staff found out that the room wasn't cleaned yet. So yet again they offered another room. A bigger one to be honest but without a working fridge. We can't imagine how we would have solved the situation if we didn't speak some Russian. We definitely don't recommend this place to any international visitors. And actually not even to Russian or Kyrgyz speaking people - you can find a better place for the price.

Пустили ночью с собакой (но с условием, чтобы ее не видели другие постояльцы) Большой балкон в номере. В целом, если вы нормально относитесь к старым советским интерьерам - все нормально.

Уже на следующее утро, внезапно потребовали денег за собаку (при заселении этого не было). К собаке вообще было странное отношение, вроде и пустили, но с условием, что ее не увидят другие гости и горничная. Когда мы решили уехать после первой ночи, деньги за две оставшиеся вернули не полностью, сославшись на комиссию букинга. Если старые советские интерьеры не для вас - то не стоит сюда ехать.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Tee, sehr gutes Frühstück, das Hotel gleicht einer romantischen Zeitreise. Toilette und Bad getrennt, ruhige Lage, Preis/Leistung Top 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The staff at the hotel was cooperative.

The hotel is old and everything in the room was old including the beds.

Typical, disgusting Soviet-era "garbage dump" -- the level of filth everywhere is unimaginable to any foreign visitor!! It would have been IMMEDIATELY shut down in any Western country!!!! A broken shower head doubles as a "sink" faucet. The bed was a bunch of coils tied together. Very, very inconvenient uphill location. I contracted fungal feet infection and bed bugs there!! If not for being exhausted and carrying heavy luggage, I would have immediately walked out [just like a group of bikers from Spain]
