We chose this hotel based on the reviews, but our experience was a complete disappointment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the reception had no idea this was even a ski hotel. Shuttle times were given incorrectly, they couldn’t even point out a ski slope just 300 meters away, and all of this was handled with a very careless attitude. To be fair, everyone except the reception staff was great. From the chef to the daily service staff, the ski room team, lobby staff, and housekeeping—everyone was genuinely helpful and kind. Unfortunately, the hotel is so poorly managed that all their efforts go to waste. When our friend got injured, the reception was once again nowhere to be found; other staff members took the initiative to find crutches for us from other hotels. We even had issues getting ice due to the reception, which were only resolved once other staff got involved. On the day we arrived, there was no parking available, and again the reception failed to guide us. Since there was no bellboy, we had to carry all our luggage ourselves from wherever we managed to park. We also happened to stay on an event night, and apparently no one remembered this is a ski hotel—loud music continued until 1 a.m. Combined with the constantly opening automatic entrance door, we were exposed to noise and shouting all night. We were only able to reach the reception on our fourth call. The food was unfortunately very poor. Especially on the event night, it was a complete fiasco: frozen nuggets and schnitzel were served after long waiting times. Things only started to change after another guest complained. Ski rental inside the hotel is also almost three times more expensive than at the slopes. In short: great staff, extremely poor management. This is definitely not a hotel we would choose again.

It's one of the best hotels I've been to. It is small, cosy, and with unique atmosphere. The food is delicious and the staff is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I definitely reccommend this place. :)

Really friendly staff, good location. Best during weekdays, lifts are a bit crowded on weekends. Good food, decent parties, modern rooms. 5th floor had some heating problems but other floors were nice. Quite cheap rental options compared to rest of Turkey

We had an amazing stay at this ski hotel! The location is perfect – just a short walk to the slopes, but if you prefer, the hotel also provides convenient shuttle services. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day on the mountain. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the food – a varied and delicious selection every day, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. Overall, everything was super! A fantastic place to stay for a ski trip, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Rooms are quite large for families, very friendly stuff with their utmost attention to the guests’ requests. They have free shuttle to the ski area which is around 5 mins away from the hotel. Foods are delicious and the hotel overall has a cozy and warm atmosphere.

Me and my friends went Erciyes for skiing, we just wanted a place to crush at night so we had no expectations at all but i am very glad we chosed this place. It has a real cozy atmosphere, all of the staff were smiley and helpful. :) Kinda felt like we were in one of those Christmas themed movies❄️ we'll totally come back again next year. 🥰

Awful food, cold and cheapest ingredients. Everyday the same things, not similar- the same if uneaten before. Staff is rude, no one can speak English. Diarrhea after every meal is normal thing. Driver of skibus extremely rude and drives out of timetable. Lack of skiroom.
