There are cockroaches every day. There are no preventive measures. Bath towels are not changed every day unless you go and ask for it yourself, and when I asked for the towels to be changed, I was given a tongue lashing. The toilets are clogged. There is no replenishment of toilet paper. The number for our stay was not working, so we had to wait for him to find us each time. There was no water. Anyway, bad attitude. Not worth the price. Not recommended for Japanese. 🙇‍♀️

Staff couldn’t explain we’re there location was I worked up down the road in hot sun standing calling them no one could explain I ask at least 10 shop owners no help up down road turns out I was out front of it no signage on road man asleep in open building I asked lady on phoneexplained sings of that building couldn’t help me I found it about 30/40 minutes later coffe shop explain I stay kohlarn heaps wordy experience I ever have they say we emailed you I say not late I’m up road they had no idea

I like something of this site for a better trip nxt time on kohlarn I got so so sunburnt and headache trying talk 3 times to this place and no appolagy

Family room is big enough for 4 people.

No beach. We have to take the bus to go to the beach in different areas.
