The best aspect is customer service - 10/10 - all the staff were very helpful and friendly, great team. Thank you. Quite location surrounded by trees.

Some minor inconveniences, such as there was no (e.g. fold-out) stands for luggage in the room, so we had to keep our suitcases on the floor. No air conditioning. We didn't try the restaurant as we arrived around 20:30 and were told that the restaurant closed at 20:00 - and it was disappointing that there were no sandwiches or snacks available. We drove for some 5 hours and arrived really hungry and were told there is absolutely nothing to eat. Surely if restaurant closes early (20:00?), then at least there should be some snacks available at reception for late arrivals?

BED.... mattress was terrible. You should consider changing your mattresses. It is almost impossible to sleep, I think the comfort of the bed in the hotel should be a priority.

Beautiful place, quiet area, kind staff, tasty kitchen, parking.

The bed could be more comfortable, i felt iron spin from matrace and it scrooped when i turned to the other side.
