The location was good

Unfortunately, our stay got off to a disappointing start. Upon arrival, we were met by Chas at reception, who came across as cold and rather arrogant. After a year of full-time travel, this was one of the least welcoming check-ins we’ve experienced. We asked to speak with the manager to share our concerns, but were told this wasn’t possible, which only added to our frustration. That said, the housekeeping staff were kind and friendly, which we really appreciated. The room had noticeable damp issues. It looked like someone had tried to paint over it, but there were still large black patches of mold in several areas, which felt both unpleasant and unhealthy. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to our expectations, and we wouldn’t choose to return.

‎מיקום טוב ושקט, חדר יחסית גדול עם מרפסת קטנה ונחמדה.

צוות המלון מזעזע. מרגע ההגעה לא מסבירים פנים, לא שירותיים, מזלזלים וחסרי סבלנות. ניקוי חדר פעם ביומיים ללא החלפת המצעים שמתמלאים כמובן בחול. בקושי גליל נייר טואלט אחד הם שמים וכשמבקשים עוד אחד כי זה לא מספיק ליומיים לארבע נפשות הם כמובן מעקמים פרצוף ומביאים כאילו הם עושים טובה. באופן כללי חווית השהות שלנו הייתה מהפחות טובות שחווינו בלשון המעטה. הגענו לחופשה, שילמנו הרבה על המלון הזה ובעיקר התאכזבנו. בנוסף חלק מתנאי השהות זה שהם נותנים לך בחינם שאטל למזח ביציאה מהשהות במלון. לנו הם החליטו לבטל את זה כ ״עונש״ על זה שחברה באה לשבת איתנו במרפסת בחדר לשעה. וגם בזמן שהחברה ישבה איתנו והתארגנו לצאת, תאי - אחד העובדים דפק בדלת כדי לגרש אותה, וכשלא פתחנו כי אנחנו מתלבשות הוא המשיך לדפוק כמו משוגע והתחיל לצעוק עלינו והבהיל אותנו
