The overall experience is excellent and I will recommend this hotel to all my friends & relatives visiting Kolkata. Manager Mr. Pratik Saha is very friendly and helpful through out my stay and also to other guests. The restaurant staff was very courteous and provided the homely feeling in general, and Mr. Debasish in particular. Non Availability of Car parking is only the drawback. Parking and also getting in and out of the car in the service road is risky.

Breakfast staff. Bed was ok. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast and room service. Close to airport.

Room has an overwhelming stench of stale cigarettes. The linen looked dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. The carpet is dirty with cigarette holes every where. Reception staff not that pleasant. Had a cold shower. Swipe key not working well.
