General facilities

My brother was refused his Booking.com confirmation on grounds of 'problems with room facilities'. No written reason, no meeting with manager and no room inspection was provided. He had to stay elsewhere for one night and then was given a room adjacent to ours. Clearly they had given the room to someone else.

Location

Extremely Mismanaged , after booking on the platform they sent me a link to pay . Which looked shady . I paid and arrived at the property and then they argued that o had not paid despite showing payment confirmation which they had only sent . Had to fetch my credit card statement . Extremely pathetic

"relax during vacation but then have to put up overcharging; on the phone with hotel"

breakfast was okay, but a bit pricey

I was charged 4 times the quoted price of $183. Calling hotel to resolve issue. The receptionist said discover card didnt go thru; so I gave citibank card. He charged twice on discover and twice on citibank for a total of $732 for 4 days.
